The
Ballad of Betty & Joe is making the rounds of festivals.....
Dungog was followed by Seoul,
and Viva Leichhardt (as usual, well received by an enthusiastic
audience) where it was
awarded a prize for best script. In October it will screen at Sapporo
in Japan and again in
Sydney at the WOW Festival at the Chauvel Cinema. This will be the
first time we will have
the opportunity to see and hear it properly in HD and with the full
5.1 surround sound.
Essie Coffey's Films
My
Survival as an Aboriginal and My Life as I Live It have been broadcast
at various times over the past year on National Indigenous TV. DVDs
are available from Ballad Films sales.
